Sales Executive

COMPanion Corporation is looking for competitive Sales Executives to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Sales Executives are responsible for acquiring net new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services, while having a good understanding of the competition.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively & aggressively prospect net-new business in a specific geographic territory

Collaborate with Corporate team providing a coordinated & integrated experience for customers & prospects

Develop & maintain an individual sales pipeline to achieve or exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets

Be a trusted resource to Marketing & Development providing important customer insights

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Forecast accurately

Develop sales strategies for large accounts

Maintain the integrity of the CRM system

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1- 2 Years Sales Experience
  • Previous experience in cold outreach, building & maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Must have competent computer skills (Salesforce a plus)
  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline & detail oriented
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with discipline to work autonomously
